About Laura

I am a leadership and life coach and team workshop facilitator with over two decades of experience devoted to helping leaders and teams grow and transform from the inside out. This journey always starts with self-discovery, tapping into values and purpose. My passion is helping people live with intention and impact, and become the best version of themselves.

Over the past year, i have transitioned an exciting part of my coaching practice to focusing on those in midlife and beyond, helping people transition to their next chapter with intention and energy.

Along with being an ICF certified coach, I have a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development with a thesis focus on the impact of self-awareness on a leader's ability to show up at their best. This practical research has enabled me to help my clients as they translate this self-awareness into tangible, daily changes in their leadership practices and cultivate environments where people can thrive.

I am a past volunteer facilitator with Minerva helping women navigate career transition, a board member of both the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the British Columbia Organizational Development Network (BCODN), and recently completed 6 months as a volunteer mentor for an amazing group of women who were emerging OD practitioners through BCODN’s Building Community Organizations initiative. Professional development and giving back to my community are core values of mine.

When I am not working, you can find me in the yoga studio, hiking, or grabbing a quiet moment with tea and a good book!
